About Brand New Life
Learn more about our story, our beliefs, and our team.
Welcome to BNLCC Website, which will introduce you to the many face of our ministry. Brand New Life Christian Center was conceived by the Holy Spirit as a deliverance ministry, which emphasizes not only on receiving all God has for us, but "TAKING BACK" everything the devil has stolen. David in times of real crisis could have accepted what he saw, heard and felt. In 1 Samuel 30:18, we read "And David recovered all that the Amalekites had carried away…"
We invite you to explore our website to get snapshots of how we are equipping believers to be mighty warriors who are living victoriously. To get the big picture, join us for our worship services.
Our Story
Brand New Life Christian Center was founded in 1995 by a small group of families with a vision to create a church that was deeply rooted in biblical truth and passionately committed to serving the local community.
For over 25 years, we have grown into a diverse and vibrant congregation, but our core mission remains the same: to love God, love people, and make a difference in the world.
Church History
In response to the Holy Spirit's leading, Brand New Life Christian Center (BNLCC) officially began on March 28, 1993. Services were originally held at Saint Joseph's University. By June 1993, Bishop Palmer began holding church services in his home. In October of the same year the Ivy Hill Bar on Cheltenham Avenue was purchased and renovated. In June of 2001, that church building was sold, and the Kirk and Nice facility at Washington Lane was purchased.
This spacious facility is 33,310 square feet of gross building area and includes 2 sanctuaries, 2 banquet rooms, and a spacious area for teen activities, several classrooms and conference rooms. Additionally, this 3-story building contains three office rental suites and a number of rooms, which can be rented for wedding receptions, banquets, etc. The site is approximately 1014 acres in size. Three large parking lots provide ample parking for all events. The church is also equipped to service the community through Day Care, After School Care and Summer Camp, and free clothing and food giveaways.
Vision & Mission Statement
Vision Statement
Equipping believers to be mighty warriors who are living victoriously and demonstrating the courage to receive all that God has for them spiritually, emotionally, physically, socially, financially, and intellectually.
Mission Statement
Reaching men, women, youth and children with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Teaching, training, and discipling them to infiltrate the home, community, city, nation, and world with the Gospel.
What We Believe
We hold to the historic, orthodox Christian faith as revealed in the Bible. We believe the Bible is God's inspired Word, that Jesus is the Son of God who died for our sins and rose again, and that salvation is found by grace through faith in Him alone.
Doctrinal Statement
The Bible is the inspired Word of God.
There is one true God, who manifests Himself in Three Persons, as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
God's desire is that all be saved through Jesus Christ.
All who know Him should be baptized in water and partake of the Lord's Supper.
All believers need and should seek the infilling of the Holy Spirit.
The church is the body of Christ and Jesus Christ is the Chief Shepherd.
Both the just and unjust will be resurrected.
God wants us to prosper spiritually, emotionally, physically, socially, intellectually and financially even as our soul prospers.
Divine healing was provided for us in Christ's redemptive work and can be had by all believers.
Jesus Christ is coming back again.
